Learn how to make a ‘Camden’ basket in green batiks which will definitely be handy for studio storage.
A great workshop project for using up cotton oddments and bag handles can be added where desired.
Note : There is a lot of cutting involved with this project and doing this in advance of the workshop will make best use of the workshop time.

Materials / Equipment required by Attendees
- 44 x 11″ x 2.5″ strips of cotton fabric
- 44 x 11″ x 21/4″ 80/20 wadding strips
- 25cm of additional fabric for the base
- 25cm of additional cotton fabric for the binding
- Rotary cutter and mat
- Cotton machine thread
- Quilting pins
- 505 temporary spray
- Sewing machine with a quilting needle and presser foot with clear visibility
If you do not have a Sewing Machine, or don’t want to bring your own, you can use one of our latest Brother demonstration machines for the nominal fee of £3.00 per session.
