Fabric, wool and haberdashery
This raggedy 16 patch cushion is quick and easy to make. It is a perfect project for the novice sewer/quilter and will bring a touch of originality and charm to any room in your home.
To make this cushion you will need
- 4 fat quarters
- Wadding (for sixteen 4” squares)
- 16” cushion pad
- Buttons and 2” wide iron on interfacing (optional)
Just choose your fabric for the back of your cushion, then cut the rest into squares along with the wadding.
Stitch it all together, wash then tumble dry to fluff up the raggy seams.
Once finished, sew on buttons (if using) and place the cushion pad inside.
